Job Description
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- $26•31/Hour Make a Difference.
- 31/hour, based on experience, location, and qualifications Consistent opportunities for hours Supportive BCBA supervision Opportunities for professional growth Training and development resources Employee recognition and incentive opportunities A collaborative team environment Ongoing support when you need it What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA services to clients in accordance with treatment plans Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Collect accurate and timely session data Complete session notes at the end of each session Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the care team Participate in ongoing training and supervision Help clients develop communication, social, adaptive, and independence skills What We're Looking For Active RBT certification through the BACB High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and professionalism Reliable transportation when applicable Willingness to learn, grow, and accept clinical feedback Someone who genuinely cares about the clients they serve Why Able Minds ABA?
