We provide direct payer rentals, pump and consumable sales, and biomedical services and repair, serving all 50 states and Canada.
Summary:
The Biomedical Onsite Technician is responsible for performing physical inventory, installing tracking devices and beacons, testing, evaluating, and performing preventative maintenance on medical equipment at the customer's facility. They will accurately document service actions in a digital work order and demonstrate our 'customer is 1st' culture by taking ownership, doing the right thing, and problem solving.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on biomedical equipment Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Collaborate with other technicians and medical staff to ensure proper functioning of equipment Provide field service support for equipment installations and upgrades Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
This role is responsible for traveling to customer sites on an as needed basis. High school diploma or equivalent Ability to use hand tools and specialized tools for equipment repair Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to calibrate and adjust equipment according to manufacturer specifications Mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems
