In this vital role, you will assist in delivering non-invasive brain stimulation therapy using advanced Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation devices. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes by ensuring precise equipment operation, adherence to safety protocols, and seamless treatment sessions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge mental health treatments while developing your skills in medical device operation and maintenance. Duties Prepare patients for TMS therapy sessions, ensuring comfort and understanding of the procedure Operate and calibrate TMS equipment according to manufacturer specifications and clinical protocols Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on TMS devices using hand tools and mechanical knowledge Follow schematics and technical manuals to perform equipment calibration and diagnostics Document treatment sessions, equipment performance, and maintenance activities accurately in computer hardware systems or CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software Assist with equipment setup, including connecting hardware components and verifying system functionality Adhere to safety standards, including proper use of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) regulations, to ensure patient and staff safety during procedures Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair and maintenance Proficiency with OEM devices, schematics, and calibration procedures for medical or technical equipment Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities and equipment history Hands-on experience with field service operations, including troubleshooting hardware issues on-site or in clinical settings Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams effectively Knowledge of computer hardware systems relevant to medical device operation Experience working with hand tools for minor repairs or adjustments Understanding of DME regulations related to medical equipment safety and compliance Join us as a TMS Technician and be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to transforming mental health treatment through innovative technology.
