Duties Lead and supervise a team of biomedical technicians specializing in dialysis equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Oversee scheduled preventive maintenance programs in accordance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications and ISO standards to ensure equipment reliability. Manage equipment calibration, testing, and validation processes utilizing test equipment operation for biomedical devices to meet regulatory compliance. Coordinate field service activities, including on-site troubleshooting of electro-mechanical components, electrical diagnostics, and complex engineering troubleshooting for biomedical equipment. Maintain accurate records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for work orders, asset management, and regulatory documentation. Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities adhere to biomedical regulatory standards and safety protocols. Provide technical guidance on electrical schematic reading and interpretation, mechanical knowledge application, and advanced electronics troubleshooting for biomedical equipment.
