Riverside Surgical - Chattanooga, TN Join a Growing Medical Equipment Company Riverside Surgical is a fast-growing medical equipment company specializing in the sales, rentals, service, and support of mobile C-arms and surgical imaging equipment. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Tech / Warehouse / Lab Support person who enjoys working with technology, solving problems, and being part of a team that's building something great. This is not your typical warehouse position. You'll be responsible for managing equipment, preparing C-arms for customers, troubleshooting, inventorying equipment, supporting surgical training labs, and helping ensure our equipment is operating at the highest level. Responsibilities Manage daily warehouse operations and inventory Prepare C-arms and related equipment for sales and customer deliveries Inspect, clean, test, and maintain imaging equipment Set up and tear down equipment for cadaver labs and physician training events Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and networking issues Configure and test workstations, monitors, and imaging systems Load, unload, and safely transport medical equipment Coordinate shipments and deliveries Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse Coordinate with service team with repairs and preventative maintenance Travel as needed to support customer installations, training labs, and service events Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willing to travel occasionally, including overnight trips for training labs and customer support Basic computer and networking knowledge Preferred Experience Biomedical equipment repair or Biomed experience Experience working with mobile C-arms Radiologic Technologist (X-ray Tech) experience Experience operating large surgical C-arms is a major plus Electrical or mechanical troubleshooting experience Medical equipment service experience Warehouse or inventory management experience What We're Looking For We want someone who enjoys learning, takes pride in quality work, and wants to grow with a young company. $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
