Provide face-to-face support to clinical staff in operating rooms, sterile processing, and biomedical departments. Perform daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of

devices, including video equipment and hand instruments. Ensure instruments and devices are in perfect working condition, documenting their functionality and managing repair and replacement needs. Conduct training sessions for staff on device operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance best practices.
