Job Description Summary The Non-Invasive EKG Cardiology Tech contributes to the efficient operation of the Non-Invasive Cardiology department while promoting the philosophy of SEH to ensure the quality and continuity of patient care. Job Description Essential Functions Performs EKGs; Applies Holter Monitors to patients; Assists in management of finalized Holter Monitor reports and importing them into Epic; Maintains stock on EKG machines throughout the hospital; Assists in the management of EKGs within Muse & Epic. Direct Reports None Qualifications Minimum Experience Required Successfully complete and pass EKG recognition test. Minimum Experience Preferred N/A Minimum Education Required High School graduate or equivalent; BCLS certification required. Minimum Education Preferred N/A Required Skills/Abilities Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing; Ability to communicate effectively in an emergency situation; Basic typing and computer skills.
