Dothan, AL Pay Rate:
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

What You Will Do As a Technician Helper you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards. A Technician Helper provides the technical support necessary to keep equipment, machinery, and facility systems functioning properly. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform repairs safely and efficiently. The Technician Helper works with a wide range of equipment while applying preventative maintenance practices and sound technical judgment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail help ensure maintenance activities are completed accurately.
