Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Cardiac and Vascular Sonographer to join a Level I Trauma acute care facility in Batesville, Arkansas, for a 13-week travel assignment . This role requires strong experience in both echocardiography and vascular ultrasound , working in a fast-paced clinical environment with advanced imaging equipment and a collaborative healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality cardiac and vascular ultrasound examinations Perform TTE, TEE, stress echocardiograms, and Definity contrast studies Perform venous, arterial, carotid, ABI, and vein mapping studies Assist physicians with diagnostic and radiology procedures Start IVs independently for contrast echocardiography when required Maintain accurate exam documentation and communicate pertinent findings Maintain ultrasound equipment and follow safety and infection control procedures Assist other Radiology areas when needed Participate in required department meetings, training, and on-call coverage

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Cardiac and Vascular Sonography experience Registered Echo/Vascular Sonographer experience ARDMS certification Current BLS (AHA) certification Meditech experience required Experience performing TTE, TEE, stress echo, and Definity contrast Experience with vascular Doppler, carotid, arterial, venous, ABI, and vein mapping Ability to start IVs independently Local candidates within 90 miles of Batesville, AR are not accepted Candidates 90-150 miles away may be reviewed
