Our patient s conditions range from low acuity to critically ill. We work together to treat individuals with cardiac acuities such as arrhythmias, congestive heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, and myocardial infarction. Our patient population also includes those with respiratory emergencies requiring Bi-PAP, aggressive pulmonary physiotherapy, and high-level monitoring. Responsibilities:

Provide direct basic patient care, timely notification to appropriate staff on completion of patient care and for patient status changes on the assigned shift. Adhere to all standards of patient care and promoting a team effort among co-workers. Collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidence based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Experience:

No minimum experience required. One (1) year experience preferred.

Certifications:

Current Arkansas nursing assistant certification preferred. BLS required. Safety Care Certification required within six (6) months.
