1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with at least 6 months of current acute care hospital Cath Lab experience and active ARRT or

RCIS/RCES

certification for a cardiac cath lab position in Colorado. Details Cardiac cath lab setting with 3 holding bays and 2 cath suites Staff-to-patient ratio of 3:1 in the procedural area Procedures include LHC, RHC, PCI, peripheral diagnostic and intervention, pacers, ICDs, cardioversions, TEEs, tilt table tests, and dobutamine stress tests Uses GE Innova Fluoroscopy Systems and Mac Lab EMR system: Meditech Day shift hours of 6:45 AM - 4:15 PM (CVL) or 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (pre/post, variable) On-call responsibilities are shared evenly among the team, typically 8-12 call days per 4-week schedule with approximately one weekend call per block Requirements Minimum 6 months of current acute care hospital Cath Lab Tech experience within the last 6 months Active BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC accepted; certifications must not expire within 30 days of start) ARRT (R), RCIS, or RCES required; ARRT (CI) or (CV) preferred Candidates holding RCIS or RCES must be willing and able to apply for and register as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA prior to starting Holding and monitoring experience preferred Must reside within 30 miles of the facility to fulfill on-call obligations Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months License required if applicable Additional Information Performs cardiac and peripheral cath lab procedures as well as EP-related cases including cardioversions, pacer and ICD work, TEEs, and stress testing On-call is distributed evenly across a 4-week schedule; every effort is made to limit weekend call to one per block, though this is not always possible Ideal candidates are positive, flexible, and highly engaged in quality patient care SSN and DOB required for consideration; Canadian SSNs are not accepted First-time travelers are not specified as eligible for this position
