1 Description American Traveler is hiring an Echocardiographer with 2+ years of cardiac imaging experience and

ARDMS/RDCS

certification for a 13-week assignment. Details Perform routine and advanced cardiac imaging studies on inpatients and outpatients across neonatal through geriatric populations Procedures performed in the lab, bedside, ICU, ED, and OR settings Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM shifts 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week 13-week assignment length Requirements Associate's Degree or equivalent required; completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program AART certification required

RDCS/RCS

required ARDMS cardiac echo certification required Current BLS certification required (AHA only) Current State/District license required if applicable Minimum of 2 years of experience in basic and advanced cardiac imaging procedures required Experience with Echocardiology US system and all transducers, including transesophageal, required Arterial and/or vascular ultrasound experience required Must have at least 2 years of prior work experience in a US hospital in this specialty area Additional Information Responsible for clerical duties associated with cardiac imaging procedures Must live within 50 miles of the facility Two manager or supervisor references preferred, verifying most recent experience within the previous 12 months, with at least one from the most recent employer
