• Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Vascular Technologist specializing in Cardiology, where you will play a vital role in diagnosing and evaluating cardiovascular conditions. • Duties

• Perform vascular ultrasound imaging, including Doppler studies and vascular ultrasound imaging, to assess blood flow and vessel integrity. Conduct echocardiography procedures, including transthoracic (TTE) and transesophageal (TEE) exams, to evaluate cardiac structure and function. Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures and interventional radiology techniques within the cath lab, ensuring optimal imaging and patient safety. Analyze cardiac rhythm using cardiac rhythm analysis tools and monitor vital signs to ensure patient stability during procedures. Support cardiology diagnostics by conducting stress tests, physiological assessments, and diagnostic evaluations for various cardiac conditions. Operate specialized medical equipment such as Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) for storing and retrieving imaging data efficiently. Maintain strict aseptic technique during all procedures, adhering to infection control protocols in high-acuity settings like Level I Trauma Centers or Level II trauma centers. Header

• Proficiency in vascular ultrasound imaging, echocardiography, and cardiac diagnostics with strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Experience with cardiac catheterization, interventional cardiology procedures, and cath lab operations. Familiarity with telemetry monitoring, cardiac stress testing, and emergency medicine protocols in trauma or critical care environments. Ability to interpret medical terminology accurately and communicate findings clearly to multidisciplinary teams. Skilled in the operation of medical equipment related to cardiovascular technology, including sonography devices and PACS systems. Knowledge of aseptic techniques, vital signs monitoring, and cardiovascular physiology essential for safe patient care. Prior experience in emergency settings such as Level I or Level II trauma centers is highly desirable for this role.
