1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Travel EP Technologist for a 13-week assignment in a hospital-based Electromyography unit, requiring a minimum of 2 years of EP Tech experience and current BLS and ACLS certifications. Details Located on the 2nd floor of an acute care hospital in Davie, FL Electromyography unit (Cost Center 747) with 4 staff members 165-bed facility Procedures include EP studies, device implants, and ablations Uses GE Alia equipment Documentation via Meditech Shift hours are 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM; schedule starts as 5x8-hour shifts with potential to move to 4x10-hour shifts Requirements Minimum of 2 years of EP Tech experience, with active experience within the last 6 months Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC accepted; certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date) License required if applicable US SSN and date of birth required for consideration — no Canadian SSN accepted Two professional references required No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Information Hospital-provided scrubs Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local candidates will be considered
