Responsibilities:

Operate specialized imaging equipment during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures. Assist physicians with pre-procedure preparation, patient monitoring, and post-procedure care in the cath lab. Ensure patient safety by following established protocols for radiation safety and infection control. Provide accurate documentation of imaging findings and maintain detailed procedural records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient care. Maintain the cath lab's inventory of supplies and equipment, adhering to cleaning and maintenance schedules. Support emergency interventions as needed, demonstrating rapid critical thinking skills.

Qualifications:

Proven experience working as a Cath Lab Tech with imaging proficiency, preferably in a fast-paced hospital or healthcare setting. Current certification or registration as a Radiologic Technologist or equivalent, as required by state regulations. Comprehensive knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and common interventional procedures. Strong understanding of imaging procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Effective communication and organizational skills.
