Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and operate advanced imaging equipment used in cardiac catheterization labs. Assist in diverse diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including angioplasties and stent placements. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection prevention, and quality standards. Monitor vital signs and patient condition before, during, and after procedures, responding rapidly to changes as needed. Accurately document patient information, procedural steps, and imaging results. Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to provide seamless patient care and procedure support. Maintain and calibrate cath lab equipment to ensure proper functioning at all times. Stay current on best practices and regulatory guidelines relating to cath lab technology.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as a Cath Lab Tech, with proficiency in imaging technologies relevant to cardiac catheterization. Valid ARRT or RCIS certification preferred. Comprehensive understanding of cardiac procedures and imaging protocols within the cath lab setting. ACLS and BLS certification. Strong attention to detail, commitment to patient safety, and ability to function effectively in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
