Your responsibilities will include:

Leading by example during complex cardiac and vascular procedures, ensuring precision, safety, and compassionate care Coaching, mentoring, and precepting team members to build confidence, skill, and alignment with best practices Overseeing workflow, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining a safe, sterile, and fully prepared environment Advocating for patients and families throughout the care journey, providing guidance, education, and reassurance Driving team success by supporting hiring, onboarding, and communication of new practices and standards What qualifications you will need: Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Vocational School Graduate (ARRT-R) Radiography, or (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date No Travel Required Benefits UCF Lake Nona Hospital, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
