1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Sonographer with 2+ years of specialty experience in echocardiography to join a cardiology diagnostic team. Details Cardiac/Vascular Sonographer role in the Diagnostic Cardiology department 4x10 hour day shifts, schedule varies between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM No on-call requirements Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience within specialty Current AHA BLS certification required RVT certification required Appropriate echocardiography credential required, such as RDCS (ARDMS), RCS or RCCS (CCI), CRCS (Sonography Canada), or ACS (CCI) License required if applicable Additional Information Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve) Local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered Returning perm staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler RTO must be requested upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
