2 Description American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a Level I trauma and certified stroke center, requiring 2+ years of critical care and Angio/IR experience Details Work in the Angiography/IR unit within the Heart and Vascular Tower, featuring 3 angiography labs (2 dedicated IR labs and 1 hybrid OR) 1:1 patient ratios with team-based staffing of 3-4 members including Lead Tech, RN, ARRT/RTR, and RCIS Equipment includes IVUS, Shockwave, Angio Jet, and Jet Stream Documentation via EPIC Cupid 4x10-hour shifts with on-call requirements Shift hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM High acuity patient population including stroke and trauma cases Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Critical Care and Angio/IR, including stroke and trauma care Current ACLS and BLS certification License required if applicable ICU/ER experience required Experience with critical care gtt management Familiarity with procedures including Permcath, Port Placement, Thrombectomy, Atherectomy, TAVR, TIPS, EVAR, PE, Stroke, and Trauma cases US SSN and DOB required for consideration No gaps in work history of 90+ days within the past 12 months Additional Information Located within a Level I trauma center and certified stroke center High acuity patient population requiring advanced clinical skills Navy blue and black uniform required for Tech staff Situated in Savannah, GA, known for its historic charm and coastal setting Radius rule applies: candidates must live 50+ miles from the facility, with no exceptions for local candidates
