Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBLE FOR
Assists the physician in the performance of invasive cardiac/electrophysiology procedures. Has thorough knowledge of all Cath Lab/EP Equipment and maintenance of it and administers direct/indirect care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Able to provide direct and indirect cardiovascular clinical care during established procedures.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES)
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2 years Cath Lab Tech Experience
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW
Depending on the education held above, one of the following is required: RN
  • Registered Nurse
  • Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure RCIS
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist RCES
  • Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist
