certifications required CRT certification required Skill set must include Cardiac Cath, Vascular, and Interventional Radiology procedures Hawaii state license required by start of assignment; license required if applicable Proof of flu vaccination or facility-approved medical/religious exception required prior to contract start Additional Information Must report to Employee Health 48-72 hours prior to assignment start, typically requiring arrival the Thursday before a Monday start for a Friday morning appointment Flu vaccination can be administered during the employee health clearance appointment
