1 Description American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer with 3+ years of Echo Tech experience and RDCS or CCI certification. Details Work in the Echocardiography department Monday-Friday schedule with 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week Rotational weekend and holiday shifts required EPIC charting experience preferred Requirements Minimum of 3 years of Echo Tech experience Associate's Degree in Ultrasound required RDCS (ARDMS) or CCI certification required BLS certification (American Heart Association) required License required if applicable Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks while coordinating patient flow Additional Information Oversee technical procedures, patient care, and workflows in the echocardiography lab Perform routine and complex echocardiographic sonography imaging procedures following departmental guidelines Critique positioning, technical factors, and alignment to maintain imaging quality standards Review patient data for accuracy, quality, and completeness Document exams accurately and completely Cross-train to other divisions of CV Services Assist performing physicians and sonographers in providing high quality echocardiographic exams RTO not to exceed 7 total days per 13-week contract Radius rule of 50 miles applies; local candidates not accepted
