Job Description
The KMC Cardiac Cath Lab is adding Radiologic Technologists with Cath Lab experience with Call Rotation. Must be able to respond to call within 30 minutes. Join our highly skilled and experienced team of Cardiologists, Rad Techs, Paramedics, and RNs in the lab. Our Cath Lab is a collaborative environment, as we work together to save lives and better the outcomes of our patients.
Including but not limited to diagnostic coronary and interventional angiography procedures, pacemaker/ICD implantation, other interventional cardiac/vascular procedures, and interventional radiology procedures.
Provide patient care, operate equipment, perform scrub, circulator and hemodynamic monitoring duties during procedures using clinical knowledge, technical skills, and professional judgement in accordance with professional and departmental standards and protocols.
Must have strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a high-stressed environment.
The Role You'll Contribute:
Under the supervision of a licensed cardiologist Provide technical support and assistance to the physician diagnosing and treating cardiac and peripheral disease, and cardiac arrhythmias in the Cath Lab.Including but not limited to diagnostic coronary and interventional angiography procedures, pacemaker/ICD implantation, other interventional cardiac/vascular procedures, and interventional radiology procedures.
