1 Description American Traveler is hiring an EP Lab / Cath Lab Technologist with 2+ years of Cath Lab experience and proficiency in advanced interventional and electrophysiology procedures. Details , peripheral, vascular (diagnostic and interventional), EP, and interventional radiology procedures are performed at this progressive facility Average daily census of 6 patients 5x8 hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM Weekend coverage required every other weekend Call required up to 3 times per week, including weekday call rotation and every other weekend, with a response time requirement of 30 minutes Utilizes advanced equipment including Impella, IABP, Inari, EKOS, Angiojet, Rotoblator, Shockwave, Diamondback, and Medrad/Acist injectors Imaging equipment includes Siemens floor mount and Cannon labs EMR system is EPIC with Cupid documentation Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Cath Lab required; first-time travelers will not be considered Current ACLS, BLS, and ARRT(R) certifications required

certification preferred State license required if applicable Epic EMR experience required Teaching hospital and community hospital experience preferred Proficiency in embolization, coiling, ablations, and implant procedures (ports, pacemakers, ICDs) required Skilled with Impella, IABP, IVUS, Shockwave, Rotoblator, laser, and thrombectomy devices required Experience in STEMI care with a focus on FTB/DTB times under 60 minutes required Capable of performing both peripheral and EP procedures Prior travel experience required Additional Information Work independently and confidently across all CCL procedures Strong teamwork and patient-first mindset expected Willingness to share expertise and support colleagues Part of a highly efficient Code STEMI team with system-best D2B times Orientation held 5 days a week Candidates must reside more than 65 miles from the facility to be considered; local candidates are not accepted Two Manager or Supervisor references (Charge RNs not accepted) will be required prior to starting the contract Candidates who previously worked as permanent staff or in-house agency contractors at this facility must have been separated for at least one full year before returning as a traveler May be assigned to an Emergency Team during declared emergency events, which could require remaining at the facility until the event passes or serving on a relief team
