Corewell Health is offering up to a $3500.00 sign-on bonus to external hires and internal new grads currently in a student role. FULL TIME-DAYS-Interventional Radiology 7:30am to 4pm On Call Weekends About Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital has proudly served residents across Southeast Michigan since 1953. With 632 beds, Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital is a major teaching and research hospital and home to five residency programs and a cardiology fellowship in partnership with Wayne State University School of Medicine. Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital is verified as a Level II trauma center and accredited by the Joint Commission as a primary stroke center. The hospital is also known for clinical excellence and innovation in the fields of orthopedics, neurosciences, women's health, heart and vascular and cancer care. Scope of Work The Lead Special Procedure Tech may provide direct care pre, intra, and post for patients undergoing Heart and Vascular procedures. Must have adequate training and knowledge of cardiac, vascular, neurologic, and EP procedures to be a clinical expert and leader within the department. Must maintain and ensure the physician has required equipment to provide quality imaging duties may include: IV starts, prep patients, administer/monitor conscious sedation, monitor hemodynamics, operate equipment, document procedures, recover patients, groin management, provide patient/family education. Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent in Cardiovascular technology/basic science, Paramedic License, Exercise Physiologist, training and/or education Required. Required Interventional Radiology requires completion of an accredited radiography program (JRCERT). 5 years of relevant experience as an Interventional Radiologist Technologist Required. Required Basic Computer skills, math skills, exceptional communication skills, and outstanding customer service skills.
