Job Description

Category Imaging - Cath Lab Tech Job Type Contract Step into an essential cardiac imaging role supporting advanced patient care in a dynamic cath/EP lab environment. This 13-week contract offers a fast-paced, collaborative setting where your expertise will directly impact outcomes in interventional cardiology and electrophysiology. Work alongside a team of skilled professionals, utilizing your skills in both scrubbing and procedure documentation.
Schedule/Hours:
Full-time, weekdays: 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. One variable weekday off per week
On-call:
1 weekend per month (Friday 5:00 p.m. - Monday 6:30 a.m.) and 4 weeknights per month (5:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. the next day) No regular weekend shifts aside from scheduled on-call
Qualifications:
1-2 years of recent experience in a cardiac cath/EP lab Proficient in scrubbing for heart caths, peripheral vascular, structural heart, and electrophysiology procedures Familiarity with the Merge Hemo documentation system preferred RCIS or RCES licensure preferred; ARRT licensure acceptable with proven cath lab scrub experience Must hold current ACLS and BLS certifications Strong team orientation as well as independent work capability
Responsibilities:
Expertly scrub for a range of interventional and structural heart cases Support EP procedures as an integral team member Complete and maintain accurate case documentation, ideally using the Merge Hemo system Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient care Participate in the on-call rotation and respond promptly as needed This role is ideal for a polished cath/EP lab tech ready to take on a variety of procedures in a supportive and advanced cardiac setting.
