GED Full Job Description Role Overview:
Seeking a PRN Cardiac Sonographer to perform various cardiac tests, including treadmill stress testing, holter monitoring, transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, stress echo, and cardiac doppler. The role involves functioning as a lead and resource for other staff, assisting in coordinating lab activities, training new employees, and ensuring credentialing and quality assurance standards are met.Key Responsibilities:
Perform cardiac tests at multiple locations, primarily in outpatient settings. Lead by maintaining credentials, conducting quality assurance, and case auditing. Assist with staff training and lab coordination.Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in Allied Health/Sonography preferred. 2-5 years of sonography experience; 5-10 years preferred. Certification as RDCS or equivalent; CPR certification required. Experience in supervising staff is advantageous.Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of cardiac testing procedures and equipment. Strong leadership and organizational skills.Benefits:
