1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with 2+ years of specialty experience and ARRT-R or RCIS certification for a diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab. Details Work in a diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab Adult patient population with a 1:1 patient ratio Procedures include diagnostic and left/right heart catheterizations, PCI, PTCA, cardiac stent placement, ASD closures, IABP and Impella placement, rotablator atherectomy, PPI, temporary and permanent pacemaker insertion, and EP studies including cardioversion and AICD insertion/programming Uses fluoroscopy, Philips and Siemens imaging equipment, ultrasound, and PACS Cerner charting experience preferred 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM No floating required unless otherwise agreed upon at interview or offer Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cardiac cath lab setting Current BLS and ACLS certification required ARRT-R or

CCI RCIS

certification required Montana state license required if applicable, and must be applied for immediately upon offer acceptance Proficiency with vascular closure systems including Perclose and StarClose Skilled in EKG lead placement, hemodynamic monitoring, sterile technique, and recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias References required for consideration Additional Information Responsibilities include equipment setup, access site preparation, room circulating, scrubbing to maintain a sterile field, and accurate patient monitoring Also responsible for maintaining equipment, stocking supplies, and managing inventory Follows isolation precautions, PPE protocols, and infection control standards Candidates must reside within 75 miles of the facility, and local candidates are not accepted at the travel rate First-time travelers are not considered for this position Former permanent employees must have a 2-year break in service before eligibility Enjoy access to Montana's Big Sky and Yellowstone country during time off
