Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Desired Skills & Experience:
ARRT (Radiologic Technology) or RCIS certification required Previous experience in a cath lab or interventional radiology setting Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and sterile technique Proficiency with imaging equipment such as fluoroscopy and digital subtraction angiography Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Primary Responsibilities:
Operate imaging and monitoring equipment during cardiac catheterization procedures Prepare patients and assist physicians in diagnostic and interventional cases Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols Accurately document procedural data and patient information Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on imaging systems Provide patient care and comfort throughout the procedure
