Job Summary MountainView Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM, is seeking a full-time, Certified Cath Lab Technologist (Cardiovascular Invasive Technician) to support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. In this role, you will assist physicians during complex procedures, operate advanced cardiovascular equipment, maintain sterile fields, and record vital procedural data to deliver high-quality acute patient care.

Full-Time, Monday through

Friday Call Rotation :

Shared rotating call schedule (1-in-4 rotation when fully staffed)

Response Time :

Safely and efficiently operate advanced cardiovascular technology, monitor patient status, and adapt to changing clinical conditions in an acute care setting. Record, calculate, and verify accurate procedural data for physician review. Complete detailed documentation, including treatment plans, evaluation results, and progress reports following department standards. Support patient preparation, positioning, and continuous monitoring while providing comfort and reassurance. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure workflow efficiency, equipment readiness, and effective procedural communication. Maintain a safe acute care environment, respond promptly to changes in patient condition, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Maintain regular and reliable attendance and comply with all organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Certifications Experience :

0-1+ years of experience in cardiovascular or invasive procedures required.

Primary Certification :

Active RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) from the National Board of Cardiovascular Technology required.

Life Support :

ACLS required upon hire;

BCLS/BLS

required within 90 days of hire required.

Skills :

Comprehensive knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, equipment operation, and sterile techniques; strong teamwork and documentation accuracy.

Work Authorization :

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without present or future sponsorship.
