Job Title:

Echo/Vascular Technician Position Summary:

Heart and Health Medical is seeking a skilled and certified Echo/Vascular Technician to join our growing diagnostic imaging team. This role is best suited for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in adult cardiology and vascular ultrasound imaging . The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality diagnostic services and collaborative patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including: Adult Echocardiograms Carotid Ultrasounds Stress Echocardiograms Renal Artery Ultrasounds Lower Extremity Arterial and Venous Studies Accurately document and upload studies to the electronic medical records (EMR) system Collaborate closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal diagnostic outcomes Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation Travel to various practice locations as required

Qualifications:

Education:

Associate's Degree in Cardiovascular Technology or a graduate of an accredited program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field

Certifications:

Registered with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) - Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience performing echocardiograms and vascular studies

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with EMR systems Strong diagnostic, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Job Type:

Full-time or Part-time Compensation:

$40.00 - $45.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
