Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Cardiovascular Technologist to join our advanced cardiac care team. In this vital role, you will perform diagnostic and interventional procedures within the cardiovascular laboratory, supporting physicians in evaluating and treating patients with various cardiac conditions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in physiology, medical terminology, and specialized skills in interventional radiology and cardiology procedures. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment committed to delivering high-quality patient care at a Level I Trauma Center.
Basic Qualifications:
Successful completion of an accredited invasive cardiovascular technologist training program or two (2) years education in an allied health science such as nursing, respiratory therapy, radiographic technology, or emergency medicine technology and possess comparable work experience with at least two (2) years recent on the job training in an Interventional Cath Lab Environment. Per the National Agreement, current KP Coalition employees have this experience requirement waived. N/A Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist Certificate within 12 months of hire OR American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certificate•Vascular Interventional Radiography within 12 months of hire OR American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certificate•Cardiac Interventional Radiography within 12 months of hire OR Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certificate within 12 months of hire
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Basic Life Support Pay:
