Job Summary:
The Workforce Development (WFD) Instructor- Cardiology Technician provides classroom and/or clinical instruction to adult learners in cardiac technology-related coursework.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree in field or completion of a Cardiology Technician Program. Experience working in a Cardiology Office, extensive experience with Holter monitors, EKG.Licensing Requirements:

Varies Preferred Qualifications:
CCT certification preferred, or other certification may be recognized. Teaching experience preferred.Job Specific Task List:
Deliver instruction in cardiology technology concepts, procedures, and clinical skills- (Essential) Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with workforce development and industry certification standards
- (Essential) Provide hands-on and/or lab-based instruction in cardiovascular diagnostic procedures (e.g., EKG/ECG fundamentals, cardiac monitoring)
- (Essential) Assess student performance and provide feedback to support skill mastery and certification readiness
- (Essential) Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress
- (Essential) Support student engagement, retention, and successful program completion
- (Essential) Ensure compliance with applicable safety, clinical, and instructional standards
- (Essential) Collaborate with program staff and clinical partners to support student learning outcomes
