Qualifications and Experience:

Associate's degree or higher in a related field, or completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Technology program Valid registry or licensure as required (e.g., ARRT, RCIS, or equivalent) Proven experience working as a Cath Lab Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting Comprehensive knowledge of invasive imaging procedures, including cardiac catheterizations and vascular interventions Strong understanding of radiation safety measures and sterile technique Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and operate specialized imaging equipment for cardiac and vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures Assist physicians with invasive cardiovascular procedures, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients throughout each procedure Monitor and document patient vitals, responding efficiently to urgent or emergent situations Ensure all equipment is maintained, calibrated, and functioning safely Maintain accurate procedure records in compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental protocols Provide patient education and post-procedure instructions as required
