1 Description American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a Neuro IR role at a Level 1 Trauma teaching hospital, requiring 2+ years of IR and Neuro experience. Details Interventional Radiology unit specializing in Neuro IR procedures Daily caseload of 4-5 cases per technologist 5x8 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM On-call required every 5th weekend and one night per week, must be within 30 minutes of facility during on-call No floating to sister facilities or within scope required Uses Epic charting system Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in Interventional Radiology and Neuro BLS and ARRT (R) certification required ACLS and

certifications preferred AHA certifications only License required if applicable Radiation badge required and must be supplied by the traveler/agency Driver's license and SSN required for consideration Additional Information Level 1 Trauma, Magnet-designated teaching hospital with 865 staffed beds Facility provides scrubs First-time travelers considered depending on position needs Previous MUSC perm or PRN staff must be separated from the system for 1 year before returning as a traveler Local candidates considered on a case-by-case basis within a 60-mile radius All requested time off must be submitted at time of application for facility approval Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season (June-November), all staff may be assigned to emergency response teams
