Qualifications and Experience:

Completion of an accredited radiologic technology or cardiovascular technology program Current ARRT certification or equivalent credentialing (as required) Prior experience as a Cath Lab Tech in a hospital or clinical setting Thorough knowledge of Cath Lab imaging equipment and procedures Familiarity with sterile technique and operation of related imaging modalities Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and staff Current BLS certification

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist interventional cardiologists and radiologists during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures Operate fluoroscopy and other specialized imaging equipment to acquire high-quality images Prepare and maintain lab equipment, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness Adhere to all safety standards and infection control protocols in the Cath Lab setting Monitor patients and provide support before, during, and after procedures Accurately document procedures, equipment usage, and patient responses in medical records Participate in Cath Lab quality assurance and improvement efforts This contract opportunity is ideal for Cath Lab Technicians seeking a professional setting that values expertise and reliability in imaging services.
