In this role, you will perform high-quality imaging for cardiac and vascular procedures, operate fluoroscopy and monitoring equipment, and assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cases. You'll ensure radiation safety, maintain accurate patient records, prepare rooms and supplies, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Perform high-quality radiologic imaging for cardiac and vascular cath lab procedures Operate fluoroscopy, imaging, and monitoring equipment safely and effectively Apply and monitor radiation safety protocols for patients and staff Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies for scheduled and emergent cases Assist physicians and nurses during diagnostic and interventional procedures Document procedures, images, and patient data in the EMR accurately and timely Monitor patients' status and assist with basic hemodynamic monitoring as directed Maintain and troubleshoot cath lab imaging equipment and report issues promptly Adhere to sterile technique and infection prevention standards Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, efficient patient care Required Skills Cardiac catheterization imaging Fluoroscopy operation Radiation safety protocols Sterile technique Hemodynamic monitoring basics Contrast media administration support Patient positioning and transfer Electronic medical records documentation Cath lab equipment troubleshooting Emergency response in cath lab
