42 Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist with dual specialization in Vascular Ultrasound and Echocardiography to support a high-acuity acute care hospital setting in Texas. This role requires strong independent clinical judgment, advanced cardiac imaging expertise, and proficiency in vascular diagnostics.

Echocardiography experience is a mandatory requirement . No onsite training will be provided. Schedule & Call Requirements Monday to
Friday:
Day Shift (07:00 AM
  • 05:30 PM)
On-Call Coverage Required:
Weekdays:
5:00 PM
  • 8:00
AM Weekends:
24-hour rotating coverage Weekend availability required No block scheduling Patient ratio: 8:1 Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound studies , including arterial and venous imaging Conduct advanced echocardiography procedures , including: Adult Transthoracic Echocardiography (TTE) Stress Echocardiography (Treadmill) Contrast Echocardiography Operate ultrasound and echocardiography equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images Independently perform studies in a high-volume clinical environment with minimal supervision Accurately document and transmit imaging results for physician interpretation Respond to on-call requests for urgent and emergent imaging needs Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during all procedures Maintain equipment functionality and report technical issues promptly Follow all hospital protocols, infection control, and safety standards Collaborate with cardiologists, vascular surgeons, and interdisciplinary clinical teams Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility guidelines Required Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of Ultrasound Technologist experience in an acute care setting Mandatory dual experience in both: Vascular Ultrasound Echocardiography Strong proficiency in: Adult Echo (TTE) Stress Echo (Treadmill) Contrast Echo Vascular imaging studies Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment Prior experience with on-call rotations Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
