Key Qualifications:

Certification as a Cath Lab Technologist or related imaging credentials Hands-on experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab preferred Proficient in performing and assisting with interventional cardiac and vascular procedures Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and medical imaging equipment Ability to adhere strictly to sterile techniques and safety protocols Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Schedule/Hours:

Full-time contract schedule with potential for variable shifts, including days, evenings, or weekends as required by department needs

Role Responsibilities:

Prepare, operate, and maintain cath lab imaging equipment for diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures Assist physicians during procedures such as angiograms, angioplasty, and device implantations Monitor patient vital signs, document procedural details, and ensure safety at all stages Maintain accurate records and comply with all facility and regulatory standards Collaborate with nursing staff, technologists, and physicians to optimize patient care Participate in emergency response protocols when needed Support ongoing equipment maintenance and inventory management
