Desired Experience:

Current certification as a CVOR Tech (or equivalent) Previous experience assisting in cardiovascular surgery required Active Nursing or Surgical Technologist license (as applicable) Proficiency with sterile technique and operating room protocols BLS and/or ACLS certification preferred Strong communication and teamwork abilities Responsibilities /

Duties:

Prepare and maintain the cardiovascular operating room, ensuring equipment and instruments are sterile and functional Assist the surgical team during procedures including open-heart, vascular, and other complex surgeries Anticipate the needs of the surgical team for optimal patient care Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to safety standards Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and ancillary staff
