Schedule Monday-Thursday Pay $17-$30 per hour, based on experience. What You'll Do As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll guide patients and families through the consultation process while creating a welcoming, educational, and stress-free experience.

Responsibilities include:

Welcoming new patients and building rapport Reviewing the doctor's treatment recommendations Explaining treatment options, financing, and payment arrangements Assisting patients with financing applications Scheduling treatment starts and coordinating next steps Following up with patients who have not started treatment Answering questions about treatment, appointments, and financial options Documenting patient interactions accurately Working closely with the doctor and clinical team Helping create an outstanding patient experience from consultation through treatment start
