Job Description
Lead Dental Care Coordinator Sun Life Health is seeking an experienced Lead Dental Care Coordinator to support our dental front office team and help provide a smooth, positive experience for our patients. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day support and direction to Dental Care Coordinators Coordinate scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and patient flow Discuss treatment plan pricing, payments, and insurance benefits with patients Collect payments and balance daily transactions Maintain accurate patient information and dental records Help resolve patient concerns and ensure department procedures are followed Communicate with clinical staff and management to keep daily operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Dental office experience is
REQUIRED
At least 1 year of dental front-office, receptionist, or cashier experience High school diploma or GED Supervisory or lead experience preferred Knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, treatment plans, and payment collection preferred Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Ready to take the next step in your dental career? High School diploma or equivalency 2 years supervisory experience preferred. One year experience as a cashier/receptionist in a dental facility.
