What You'll Be Doing:
Create a warm, elevated patient experience from beginning to end Present treatment plans clearly, confidently, and compassionately Help patients understand treatment, insurance benefits, financial responsibilities, and payment options Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment Coordinate larger and more complex treatment plans Verify insurance benefits and prepare accurate patient estimates Assist with billing, patient accounts, collections, and accounts receivable Help maintain an efficient and productive schedule Communicate with patients by phone, text, and email Develop and improve systems that help the practice run smoothly Support your teammates and contribute wherever needed Grow into additional leadership and practice-management responsibilities over timeYou'll Thrive Here If You Have:

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent 2+ years of experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative role preferred Dental front-office experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience with: Treatment coordination and case presentation Dental insurance and benefit verification Billing and patient accounts Accounts receivable and collections Scheduling Dental practice-management software Bonus Points (but not required!): Previous dental assisting/chairside experience. While this is primarily a Treatment Coordinator role, we're a team-first practice, and there may be times when an extra set of trained hands is helpful clinically. Chairside experience also brings valuable understanding of dentistry, clinical workflow, and the complete patient journey which is an asset for both treatment coordination and future practice leadership. Sales experience is a major plus . We don't believe in pressuring patients into dentistry. Great treatment coordination is about listening, educating, building trust, communicating value, and helping patients confidently move forward with the care they need.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to interact with patients and team members professionally and courteously. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
