+ Incentives
+ Benefits Great with people? Organized? Competitive enough to hate an unfinished to-do list? We should probably talk. Gateway Dental Care is looking for a full-time Treatment Coordinator who can connect with patients, confidently discuss treatment and finances, follow through, and help people say YES to the dentistry they need. But first, a warning: We actually like each other here. We laugh. We joke around. We work hard. We help each other. We celebrate wins. And yes, sometimes a dental office can actually be a fun place to work. We also have high expectations. Our goal is to build one of the most trusted and successful dental practices in the East Valley—and that starts with having exceptional people on our team.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You may be our person if you: Genuinely enjoy talking to people Can build trust quickly Are comfortable talking about money Can confidently present treatment without feeling "salesy" Believe following up means actually following up Take ownership instead of saying, "That's not my job" Notice something that needs to be done…and do it Are organized enough to keep multiple patients and treatment plans moving Like goals, numbers, incentives, and winning Can handle a fast-paced office without spontaneously combusting Work hard but still know how to have fun Care about your teammates Treat patients like you would want your own family treated Can be honest with someone because you actually care about them Dental experience is strongly preferred. Treatment coordination experience is even better.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Treatment Coordinator, you are the bridge between the doctor's diagnosis and the patient actually receiving care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently Helping patients understand recommended treatment Reviewing fees, insurance estimates, and financial options Helping patients overcome financial and scheduling barriers Scheduling diagnosed treatment Following up on unscheduled treatment Maintaining an organized treatment pipeline Tracking outstanding treatment opportunities Keeping detailed and accurate patient notes Coordinating with doctors, assistants, hygiene, and the front office Helping maintain a productive doctor schedule Monitoring treatment acceptance and follow-up Working toward individual and practice production goals Creating an exceptional patient experience from diagnosis through completion Taking ownership of your results The goal isn't to "sell dentistry." The goal is to make sure patients understand what they need, why they need it, what their options are, and then help them find a way to move forward.

We do the right thing even when nobody is watching. We care enough about people to tell them the truth. We don't walk past problems because "someone else will handle it." And we believe laughter in a dental office is a good thing. Patients can feel the difference when a team actually enjoys being together. We're building something special at Gateway, and we're looking for people who want to help build it—not people who just want to punch a clock. Sound like you? Apply and tell us a little about yourself.
