The successful candidate will be responsible for team scheduling, coordinating the care of our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and work in a supportive and collaborative environment. •Duties•Assist Health & Wellness Director in all areas. Create and maintain daily and weekly schedules for resident care staff. Qualifications Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, healthcare, caregiving, staffing, or scheduling preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly when staffing needs change. Comfortable working with scheduling software, spreadsheets, email, and other computer systems. Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented. Ability to work collaboratively with caregivers,residents, families, and leadership. Prior experience creating staff schedules is strongly preferred. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can keep the schedule running smoothly , anticipate staffing challenges, and communicate effectively with the care team. This is an important role in ensuring our residents receive dependable care every day. If you are organized, dependable, and enjoy making a difference in the lives of seniors, we would love to hear from you. Coordinate staff coverage for shifts, call-outs, vacations, and other absences. Monitor staffing needs and make scheduling adjustments as needed. Communicate schedule changes clearly and promptly to staff and leadership. Help ensure appropriate staffing coverage based on resident needs and community requirements. Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation. Coordinate with caregivers, nurses, and management regarding staffing and resident-care needs. Assist with onboarding and scheduling new care team members. Respond to staffing issues and find solutions in a timely and professional manner. Support the care team with day-to-day coordination and communication. Maintain confidentiality and treat residents, families, and staff with professionalism and respect. Assist with other administrative and resident-care coordination duties as needed.
