In this full-time role , you will play a crucial part in guiding patients through their surgical treatment journey, ensuring they feel confident and informed every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

Communicate treatment plans clearly and confidently, ensuring patients understand their options and feel empowered to move forward. Assist patients with the financial aspects of their care, presenting costs with transparency and helping secure financial commitment. Collaborate closely with our team to ensure seamless coordination and a superior patient experience. Maintain a high-energy approach in a role that requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of successful sales experience - confidence in presenting high-value treatment plans is essential. Dental office experience is required - knowledge of oral surgery procedures is a plus. A natural ability to build trust, connect with patients, and guide them toward making informed decisions about their care. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
