We're busy, patient-focused, and have a team that genuinely supports each other. We're looking for a treatment coordinator who wants to grow with us. What You'll Do Present treatment plans and financial options to patients with clarity and confidence Guide patients from consultation to scheduled treatment, including high-value implant and full-arch cases Follow up on pending and unscheduled treatment Coordinate financing, insurance benefits, and payment arrangements Partner with the doctors and clinical team so any treatment plan changes are communicated and reflected accurately Support the front office with scheduling, check-in, and check-out as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of dental treatment coordinator or treatment planning experience (implant or full-arch experience is a strong plus) Comfort discussing large treatment investments and patient financing (CareCredit, Cherry, Proceed, etc.) Working knowledge of dental insurance Strong communication skills and a warm, professional presence Coachable and team-oriented; you take direction well and follow established systems [Practice management software] experience preferred What We Offer Competitive pay plus performance bonus PTO / paid holidays Schedule, e.g., Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Friday,8:00-3:00PM A supportive team and room to grow To apply, send your resume and a short note about your treatment coordination experience to Peoria@mydentalandimplants.com.
