Job Description
Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) Immanuel Campus of Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team. Job Duties:
Developing and coordinating health care programs Completing assignment sheets for Med Techs and Caregivers for all shifts Handling resident case management and education Maintaining residents confidentiality and quality care Participate in admission and discharge planning of residents as assigned Complete any documentation and charting daily for each resident in your care. Ensure all nursing care is provided in privacy, and that residents are treated fairly, with kindness, dignity, and respect Assist the Director of Care with any duties they may give to you to complete. Assist and oversee scheduling Assist with direct resident care, as needed. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Strong communication and listening skills Knowledgeable in Point Click Care software Capable of making independent decisions with the use of good critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to perform physical movement required continuously throughout the work period Organization skills to prioritize daily task get completed. Employment Requirements Arizona Certified Caregiver Certificate Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will help you apply) Current TB test (available on-site) Current in-person CPR/AED Certificate for Healthcare Professionals Food Handlers Card 1 year experience as an RCC is preferred. Shifts Available Shift availability will be discussed during the interview. Must be willing to work both weekdays and weekends.Pay Rate:
