As a part of our fiduciary services we employ a care management team. Our care management team is made up of master social workers and assistants who manage a variety of issues for our clients and play a vital role in their lives on a long term basis. As a social worker, the position is both engaging and rewarding as you are able to directly improve the lives of our clients. The role includes assisting our clients with finding private caregivers, placement outside of the home, insurance, needs assessments, assisting with inter-family issues, finding services and benefits, helping our clients find employment and education, and supporting our clients in transitional stages of life. You would work directly with your care management team as well as the attorney and financial paralegal assigned to the case. Communication skills are a must and a willingness to work with the team to manage cases is also essential. A private office is provided, a work cell phone is provided, and a separate on-call phone is shared between the care management team. The office is closed on major holidays and weekends, but the position does have a rotational on-call schedule. The firm has a 401k plan with employer matching, a health care plan (including vision and dental options), as well as a paid time off plan.
