In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their treatment plans, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination between patients and the dental care team. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help patients understand their treatment options, schedule appointments, and navigate their dental care journey with confidence. This position offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to patient satisfaction while supporting the efficient operation of the dental practice. We use Eaglesoft software Responsibilities Explain treatment plans to patients clearly, answering questions and addressing concerns to ensure understanding and comfort. Collaborate with dentists and dental hygienists to develop accurate, comprehensive treatment proposals tailored to each patient's needs. Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinating with patients' availability and practice workflows. Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with financial arrangements related to their treatment plans. Maintain detailed records of treatment plans, patient communications, and appointment schedules in the practice management system. Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any additional questions or needs. Support administrative tasks such as processing patient paperwork, updating medical histories, and managing correspondence related to treatment plans. Qualifications Proven experience in a medical or dental office setting, demonstrating familiarity with healthcare workflows. Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and patient care. Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex information clearly and empathetically. Proficiency in medical administrative support tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and insurance processing. Prior office experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Experience working specifically within a dental office is highly desirable. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a professional manner.
